In 1933, Hitler used the Reichstag Fire Decree to declare an emergency, suspend civil liberties, sideline parliament, and consolidate absolute power.

Today, Trump’s Supreme Court is enabling the same authoritarian outcome: rubber-stamping his overreach, declaring him above the law, and making Congress irrelevant.

Different era, different tools. Same result: the collapse of checks and balances and the rise of one-man rule. 

With Hitler: The regime gutted programs and centralized control without legislative approval.

With Trump: He has unilaterally slashed government programs and funding, fired and replaced anyone who disagrees, and ignored the Constitution and Congress entirely.

DEMOCRACY IS DEAD. 

Congress is a powerless spectator. The president rules by decree: just like under Hitler, only now it’s masked by legal jargon.

This wasn’t just a power grab by Trump; it’s a full-on government coup dressed up in judicial robes.

HISTORY IS REPEATING.

Neighbors kidnapped. 

U.S. citizens and undocumented people are disappearing. 

Families separated. 

No due process. No trial. No lawyer. 

More concentration camps are being constructed as you read these words. 

People are already dying in silence, in shadows.
